 “Recently stayed at the Almanity Hotel in Hoi An & can thoroughly recommend this Resort. The service was terrific & the location is perfect for the old town, making it easy to explore all that the old town has to offer.
There are a few people I would like to say thank you to as they looked after me during my stay and are the friendliest & most helpful people I have come across during my travels. They are:
Mai – Breakfast Service – always greeted me with a smile
Zippy – Front of House – made me feel welcome upon arrival and was always helpful & provided great recommendationsVu – Airport Transport – met me with a smile & was friendly, making me feel glad to have arrived
Yen – Back of House – always had a smile & looked after me during dinner & breakfast service
Binh – Front of House – helped me with printing out my numerous changed travel documents – couldn’t do enough
My – Front of House – always with a smile & looked out for me during my stay.
All of the above people made my stay all the more enjoyable & relaxing. Nothing was ever too much trouble & they couldn’t do enough for me.
Would go back to the Resort although not in the middle of summer.”

  “Four of us stayed for a week and 2 of us stayed for an additional week because the hotel was so comfortable and the service was terrific. The restaurant and bar staff including  Hep taking cooking classes, Kahn on the coffee, Suong at the egg station, Trang at the pool/restaurant and our happy hour/cocktail hour waiters were very friendly and ready with a smile. Danh & Tan the lifesavers & Hai at the bicycles were very helpful. Linh at reception was great and got us a good deal to extend our stay. Thanks all for a wonderful time.”

 “We spent 6 nights at the hotel in a loft room, which was very spacious and looked onto the swimming pool yet still felt private. The rooms are simply furnished but very clean and spacious. The hotel provided gowns, towels, some basic toiletries, swimming towels, bicycles and umbrellas. The bicycles are quite old and could be replaced. The outdoor facilities are beautiful with a few different swimming pools, including a gorgeous heated pool in a basement quiet sanctuary. The spa is also lovely and the massages were great. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of fresh, delicious food with the option to have made-to-order coffee that was strong and hot! Our meals and drinks at The Refinery were also wonderful and excellent quality. All staff members were helpful and friendly. Binh at the front office greeted us every day with huge smiles and helped us with all our requests. Phuoc in the F&B department was really efficient in arranging our package inclusions and overseeing our dinner service. We had a delightful cooking lesson with Hep, who taught us how to make some of our favourite dishes. Binh from Four Plates gave great service every morning at breakfast and the security staff were always quick and helpful with arranging bicycles for us. The location of the hotel was really convenient; the old quarter is only a 10min walk and An Bang beach was an easy 20min cycle. There are plenty of restaurants of all price ranges. The free airport shuttle service was also very helpful and the staff arranged late check out for us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back!”

 “This place was exactly the relaxing resort I needed after a week in busy, downtown Ho Chi Minh. I stayed here for 5 nights. The breakfast buffet had a lot of great options. The room & bed was very comfortable. The pool was huge so it never felt crowded. The spa wa excellent. I also took advantage of their complimentary bike tour, koi feeding & Vietnamese coffee class. The staff was really attentive. Because I was traveling alone, a few of the staff was kind enough to carry some conversations with me. The location was excellent, only a 15 minute walk from ancient town Hoi An. I felt safe here, even traveling outside the resort. If you want a relaxing resort with close options & great prices/deals, I would definitely recommend this resort.”

 “Great resort. Good location – 10 minute walk away from the old quarter. Free shuttle bus to and back from An Bang Beach. Resort is very nice, great pool, great breakfast, rooms are very clean. The only thing we didn’t use was the jacuzzi on our balcony as it was a bit dated and didn’t look as clean. We had excellent service from a number of helpful staff including; Binh, Huy, Nhung, Thinh and Trung on Reception, and from My, Phat, F&B from the Spa. We also had an excellent driver, Vu who brought us to the airport and was very friendly and kind. Thank you!”

  “Lovely hotel, close to the centre of Hoi An. Large comfortable rooms and enthusiastic knowledgeable staff. Reasonably priced with a good pool in the centre of the hotel. Decent breakfast – would recommend it. One area that could be improved is the poolside service which was really slow and the food quite expensive.”

 “The best part of this place is the pool. It’s amazing. Be prepared for very expensive drinks and for them to hold a lot of your money that they won’t return for a few weeks for ‘incidentals’ upon arrival. 5 stars if they didn’t take a huge chunk of our spending money that we’re still waiting to have returned.”
