3. Ratings & Real Reviews

“If you want to book a peaceful and relaxing place in Hoi An, this resort might be the one. Welcome tea was cool. A hotelier at front desk recommend us some spots to look around and fine restaurants too. (sorry that I forgot her name) They have shuttle service to go to beach. Pool was beautiful and room interior was very authentic and natural. We hired a local photographer and took some pictures in the resort. Resort allow us to take beautiful pictures. They brought some flowers and turn on the light for our photo shots. It was truly pleasant time and I highly appreciate for every services.”

“First of all, the staff are very friendly. When checking in, a staff member approaches you first, asks questions, and helps you check in comfortably. I was upgraded to a room for free, so I had a great time with a beautiful view.
It provides detailed information on the location and operating hours of fitness clubs, spa facilities, restaurants, and room service, as well as detailed minimap information on ATMs and small convenience stores near Old Town.
Also, the location and interior of the room are explained in great detail.
If it’s your birthday, they even provide a touching event during breakfast.
Umbrellas are placed in each room for your convenience, and bicycles can be rented for free for your convenience.
There are many accommodations around, but I plan to come here again when I visit again.”

“My wife and I stayed at the Rivertown Resort for 11 days and every day was just perfect. The hotel is really nice, has a wonderful adults pool and a separate kids pool and a serene garden setting with a lovely restaurant. We chose the River & Town View rooms and were not disappointed. Very clean and spacious with a nice balcony.
All staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful and made us feel at home right from the start. Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of both Western and Vietnamese selections.
The Soul Restaurant with both indoor and garden seating is on the same level as Cargo Club. High quality Vietnamese food and a very nice wine list. We sat in the garden and it was wonderful.
Sometimes it is the small things that surprise the most. In this case, it was a hot & cold water dispenser in the lobby to fill your own water bottle. A very nice contribution to a cleaner environment and a first for me in Vietnam.
We will be back.”

“The service at this hotel was fantastic. I loved the big pool and there were always enough loungers. The kids pool is separate at the back of the hotel. The room over the kids pool was a bit noisy and also from the traffic on the small bridge nearby. The enclosed balconies give good sound proofing at night.Breakfast buffet also very nice with lots of local food selections”

“My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and had such a wonderful stay.
I was unfortunately poorly on arrival and had to remain in the room for a couple of days. The staff found out I was ill and very kindly sent up some ginger tea and natural yogurt the next morning to ease my tummy which was hugely appreciated.
Once I felt better to leave the room, I was able to join my husband for the wonderful buffet breakfast and enjoy the beautiful hotel surroundings. The greenery is so well kept and the pool area was fabulous. Super clean pool too and large enough to be able to swim lengths.
The hotel room was beautiful and extremely well appointed. We were on the 8th floor and also had a little terrace to enjoy the river views. The metal bridge was noisy but it’s being replaced in June anyway, plus it didn’t really disturb us whilst in the room as the hotel have clearly done what they can to mitigate the noise.
Lastly I have to mention the warm, friendly and welcoming staff! They work seamlessly together as a team and everyone we encountered were wonderful.
I’d 100% recommend this place to family and friends and will definitely stay again next time I have the pleasure of visiting beautiful Hoi An.”

“Second time staying at this hotel.  The first time was may be 2018? The food was better with among other things.  But it is under new management, stayed for 3 nights; pillows are awful even with the choices of a soft and  hard pillow but the hard pillow was still soft and didn’t stay in shape, so uncomfortable. The air con in the room is not that good, it’s at a low and sometimes switches to warm air and then cold air. I am a light sleeper, and the AC makes noises like someone is parked outside your house with the engine on.  Had to go to the bathroom to find ear plugs.
The bed is alright.  TV is very small for what’s worth.
Breakfast: a lot of choices but nothing special this time round,  the quality is not there but aesthetically pleasing to the eyes.
All the staff are very friendly and welcoming,  so thanks to everyone we had a lovely stay.
The pool is really nice: 2 pools, 1 for more children friendly and the other one is for adults.  But I haven’t used it.  Has a gym and Span, haven’t used either.
The location is good,  20 minutes walk to the night market.
Free bike to use,  lots of bike.  And free shuttle van to the beach which is 15 minutes by car.
Did not raise the issue at the front desk.  We can put up with the discomfort for a few nights. And most of the time we were out.”
